Hi

When I try to run the mod I get the message "Cannot find DAupdater.xml"

Any ideas?

You have to use daupdater in the bin_ship folder of your installation directly.  You probably tried to simply click on the dazip.

I'm having this problem where everyone's helm except for my main character's is still equipped in the main camp.  Was this intended? If not, does it have to do with me installing this mod mid-way through the game?

I noticed this too today, neon10th, during some cutscenes it's pretty distracting they are still on. To fix this I had to remove the helm from the companions inventory then activate the dialog.
